the holiday inn express had an amazing location right by the lake, perfect for watching sunrises every morning. the grounds were beautiful, especially with the fall decorations. The indoor pool was super clean, and their breakfast offerings were fantastic. the freshly baked cinnamon buns were a highlight!

The property is just minutes away from downtown and several charming attractions like the Wawatam Lighthouse and the Museum of Ojibwa Culture, which made my walking explorations so enjoyable. the indoor pool was open 24 hours, allowing for a relaxing night swim after a day of sightseeing.

Saint Ignace is always a treat! The local ice cream spot had me dreaming about their homemade flavors—don't miss out! Plus, the breakfast at the hotel was the real deal. can't resist those fluffy pancakes and warm cinnamon buns! The kids loved the pool and the staff was super friendly.

But boy, the porch off our room was a little neglected. I had to sweep away spiderwebs and dead bugs before enjoying the view. Still, overall, everything else shined!

Improve signage for elevator capacity during busy hours.

Parking situation needs to be improved!!! Management should take better control of who parks in the lot. Also, having a handicapped room for pet-friendly bookings is frustrating. The breakfasts start too late for early travelers!!!

We had a fantastic stay! The clean, comfortable room offered a gorgeous view of Lake Huron and the fantastic breakfast spread was way better than other places we've tried. Our kids loved the heated pool, which was well-maintained. We will definitely return!

This hotel suits me perfectly with comfortable beds, free Wi-Fi, and a fitness center. The staff helped me find places to explore. I highly recommend enjoying the views from the balcony. I’m coming back for a romantic escape.
